Steak Binder is a recipe organizer that allows people to create their own recipes and share them with others.

People find recreating homemade steak dinners frustrating as they aim to replicate the restaurant style flavours.
Goal
My goal is to develop a recipe organizer that allows individuals to confidently prepare restaurant-quality steak dinners at home, and capture the authentic flavors and dining experience.

Outlined the basic structure for the application, to help users understand where they are in a product and where the information they want is.
Wireframes
After crafting a detailed wireframe of the product, I had a clear blueprint that visualized the user interface and functionality.
Low fidelity prototype
To craft a low-fidelity prototype, I linked all the screens related to the primary user flow of booking a travel package. At this stage, I gathered feedback from my fellow learners, particularly on button placement and page organization.
Usability study

Changes made based on the usability study findings:
The buttons were not responding properly on the top navigation bar. It was updated. The colors were not meeting the accessibility standards, it was changed based on the accessible color standards The icons were also updated.
The core action was to create a recipe, so I made the create recipe button highlighted at the bottom right corner so it was easy to complete the action

Typography
I selected fonts that go together nicely and are easy for users to read.
Red Rose & Plus Jakarta Sans
Colors
I choose color styles that match the brand and are easy for users to see and follow accessibility standards.
High fidelity Prototype
I created high-fidelity prototypes that closely resembled the final product.
